Once you’ve got it looking and working just right your settings are automatically synced with your other Macs and devices via iCloud. Themes and plugins allow even further customization. A wide range of appearance preferences are offered. ![]() Other interface options include a unified inbox, smart folders, quick reply, the use of Markdown when composing emails, and the ability to carefully hone the notifications it gives. Swipe actions can be customized to allow you to plow through your inbox as rapidly as possible. The number of lines displayed in the message preview can be tweaked so that you can get a good idea of the contents without having to open the email. Sidebars can be hidden to make the interface as minimal as possible and can be quickly shown or hidden by clicking a menu bar icon. Airmail can configure the settings of many popular email providers (including Google, Yahoo, and Outlook) with very little input from you. So is adding an email account, which normally takes just a few simple steps. Airmail Is Easy to Set Upīecause you purchase Airmail from the Mac and iOS App Stores, installation is a breeze. I’ll list its major features in the following six sections, exploring what the app offers and sharing my personal take. Plus, Yahoo Mail gives users 100GB of space of cloud storage, so you don't have to worry about space, and there's support for third-party cloud storage solutions. Yahoo Mail can even send you notifications when the emails come from people, so you aren't bothered with newsletters and other unimportant messages. Some other tandout features include Deals View, which notifies you when deal emails are about to expire, and Travel View that displays gate changes, delays, and even cancelations. You can take action on individual messages through intuitive swipe gestures, customize the color and theme to your liking, send GIFs directly in messages, and more. The Yahoo Mail app looks gorgeous with a fresh and clean design that's easy to use and navigate. It not only works wtih outside accounts but it has a ton of features.
